Yoga for Relaxation: Stretch, Breath & Release (IN PERSON)

This is an In Person Program. A gentle yoga practice to release mind & body tension. This class uses breathing techniques, gentle stretches and restorative poses to help all unwind from the stresses of everyday life.Materials to bring: A yoga mat 2 blankets or beach towelsyoga blocks (if you have them)Reminder to dress in Layers.
